FACE YOUR FACE
This is an artwork for the movie award by TYO, the biggest production company in Japan. The subject of this award is 「探す」" find." This film depicts the mind of a person who has lost sight of herself. We, students are not in compulsory education, nor are we out in the world, we are students in a precarious state, struggling with our past and future. "What do I want to do?" "What am I good at?" Many of us have such worries. However, these problems can be solved only by facing yourself, finding yourself, and understanding yourself. In this film, I pictured the mind of a girl who is suddenly thrown into an unstable world, running and struggling to find herself.
これは、TYO主催のムービーアワードで特別賞をいただいたアート作品です。このコンペティションのテーマは「探す」です。この映像作品は、自分自身を見失った人の心を描いています。私たち学生は社会に出たわけでもなく、過去と未来に苦しんで不安定な状態で生きています。「自分は何がしたいのか？」、「自分は何が得意なのか？」といった悩みを抱える人が多いです。しかし、これらの問題は、自分自身に向き合い、自分自身を見つけ、理解することでしか解決できません。この映像作品では、不安定な世界に突然放り出され、自分自身を見つけるために走り、苦闘する少女の心を描きました。
